Introduction & Scope of Agreement

Welcome to cpit88, an online gaming platform operating under a recognized international license. These Terms and Conditions govern all aspects of website usage, mobile application, and services offered by cpit88 to its members.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and cpit88 ("Platform"). By completing the registration process and ticking the consent checkbox during sign-up, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms contained herein.

Cpit88 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Membership Eligibility

To register and use cpit88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 Years & Above on the date of registration.
• A valid citizen or resident of the country from which you access the platform, ensuring that your use of this platform does not violate any local laws personally applicable to you.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Never previously banned or suspended from cpit88 or any related platform.
• Acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.

Registration & Account Verification (KYC)

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account only at cpit88. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. The information provided must match valid identification documents.

Cpit88 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all members. You may be required to submit verification documents such as a national ID, passport, or proof of address at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain limits. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction.

• Account information must be updated should any changes occur.
• Your phone number and email must belong to you and be active to receive security notifications.
• Cpit88 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information.

Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

All deposits and withdrawals at cpit88 are processed through approved payment methods only. cpit88 accepts FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and ShopeePay as valid payment methods.

Deposits must be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. cpit88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an unrecognized source will be returned and the associated account may be investigated.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for bank transfers and 5–15 minutes for digital wallets.
• Withdrawals for new members who have not fully completed KYC may take longer until verification is finalized.
• All withdrawals will be processed to the same account used for your original deposit, subject to our anti-money laundering policy.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Cpit88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. Each bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements (rollover/turnover) that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

• The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x–30x depending on the bonus type selected.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the timeframe specified in the respective promotion terms.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Cpit88 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through dishonest or fraudulent means.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged directly for cash without fulfilling the applicable wagering requirements.

Members are advised to read the applicable terms carefully before activating any bonus. cpit88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the absolute discretion of management.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the cpit88 platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by recognized international certification bodies to ensure the fairness and transparency of every game outcome.

Members agree that the outcome of all games is final and cannot be disputed except in cases of proven technical failure. In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, cpit88 will endeavor to resolve the issue in the fairest manner possible based on system records.

• All live casino games are operated by real dealers through high-quality live streaming technology.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface.
• Cpit88 is not liable for any losses resulting from game decisions made based on incorrect information or misunderstanding of game rules.
• Any claim regarding game unfairness must be submitted to the support team within 48 hours of the incident.

Account Security & Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details, including your username and password. cpit88 will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, Live Chat, or Telegram.

• Immediately notify the cpit88 support team if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without authorization.
• Use a strong password containing a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Cpit88 recommends that members enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an additional layer of security.
• All activities that occur under your account are entirely your responsibility until an official report is submitted to cpit88.

Cpit88 employs 256-bit SSL encryption and continuous security monitoring to protect members' data and funds. However, adequate security at the user level is just as important as the technical measures we implement.

Prohibited Conduct & Activities

Use of the cpit88 platform is subject to strict standards of conduct. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Fraud & Money Laundering: Any attempt to use the platform for money laundering, illegal financing, or other financial criminal activities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or using more than one account simultaneously or on a rotating basis.
• Use of Unauthorized Software: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games.
• Identity Fraud: Registering using another person's identity or falsified documents.
• System Exploitation: Seeking out and exploiting bugs, technical vulnerabilities, or weaknesses in the gaming system.
• Threats & Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward cpit88 staff or other members.

Account Termination & Suspension

Cpit88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicious activity related to fraud, money laundering, or system abuse.
• Failure to complete the KYC process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with no transactions.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the cpit88 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance remaining after wagering requirements have been met will be paid out to the member within a reasonable timeframe upon completion of KYC verification.

Liability Limit & Disclaimer

Cpit88 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties, except as specifically stated in these Terms and Conditions. We strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly; however, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times.

• Cpit88 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions beyond our control, including internet failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Members bear full responsibility for all wagering decisions made and any losses incurred while using the platform.
• Cpit88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Cpit88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses occurring.

Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Cpit88 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to members via in-platform notification or registered email at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect. Minor changes that are clarificatory or editorial in nature may be implemented without notice.

Members who disagree with any amendments have the right to close their account before the amendments take effect by contacting the cpit88 support team. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment shall be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through cpit88's internal negotiation process. If negotiation fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable international arbitration rules.
